Chocolate cake (Caprese Cake)

Ingredients:

• 150 g ground almonds
• 100 g sugar
• 30 g corn flour
• 120 g butter
• 100 g chocolate
• 3 eggs
• unsprayed grated lemon peel
• 2 tablespoons of limoncello
• 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

An oven heated to 180°C. Round baking pan diameter of 23-25 ​​cm (it can also be higher, but the cake is lower) spread with butter and sprinkle with ground almonds. A handful of almonds will suffice. The flour is mixed with the remaining almonds. On a low flame slowly get chocolate and butter. Foam mixing eggs and sugar (with a hand mixer stir about 8 minutes). The scrambled eggs with sugar, add the chocolate-butter mass. All together thoroughly. Add the grated lemon peel, limoncello and flour with almonds. Gently mix. Pour the prepared mixture into the pan and spread evenly. Bake for 40 minutes and cool completely. The cooled cake sprinkle with powdered sugar.  For the sweet tooth in addition to cakes, we also serve whipped cream.

Serve cold, accompanied with wine Chocolat Impérial.

Tigeladas

Ingredients:

• 0,5l milk
• 4 eggs
• 175g sugar
• 1 big spoon of flour
• 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
• 1 lemon peel

Milk and lemon zest, bring to a boil and allow to cool. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and put into an earthenware container to heat.
             Mixing the eggs with the sugar, add the cinnamon and mix everything together well. From the cooled milk taken lemon peel and milk dissolved flour. Add the previously prepared mixture of eggs, sugar and cinnamon and mix well.
             The mixture is poured into a heated earthenware container and bake for 1 hour at 200 ° C.

Serve cold, accompanied with wine Chocolat Impérial.
